UNO - Spacious luxury room with private terrace.
This luxury double room on the ground floor with private terrace disposes of a double bed (2 box springs of 90x200cm each) and has an en-suite bathroom with luxury shower, washbasin, toilet and a hairdryer. It disposes of air-conditioning (cold and hot), two chairs, spacious wardrobe with a safe, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle at the room. In addition to bath and bed linen, we also provide soft bathrobes, two large bath towels for the pool or beach, and toiletries from ANYAH Eco Spa Treatment.

General terms and conditions
· Check-in is from 2 PM to 11 PM* (for villa rental from 4 PM to 11 PM*)
· We charge a fee of € 35,- for check-in after 11 PM (only possible by prior arrangement)
· Check-out is possible until 11 AM*
* Check-in / Check-out outside these hours is only possible by prior arrangement; additional charges may apply
· Minimum stay is 2 nights, for July and August this is 3 nights
· 10% discount on room rate for single use of double room
· Villa CONMIGO applies a minimum age of 12 years for co-traveling children (not applicable for villa rental)
· Villa CONMIGO has no facilities for babies and toddlers
· Placing an additional bed is not possible
· There is no fridge or minibar in the room, but an honesty bar is available 24 hours a day
· Smoking is not allowed indoors and in the rooms
· Villa CONMIGO is not accessible to wheelchairs
· Pets are not allowed (we have a small dog named Puchi)
